1. Introduction

Welcome to claban tour agency. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by claban tour agency.
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the tour departure date.
We accept payments via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, credit/debit cards, and other specified methods.
Once full payment is received, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email.

3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

What's Included

Accommodation as specified in the tour package
Meals as per the itinerary (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Transportation (AC bus / microbus / car as per package)
Experienced tour guide throughout the trip
All entry tickets and sightseeing as per itinerary
First aid medical kit and emergency support

What's Excluded

Any personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, minibar, etc.)
Additional meals and beverages not specified in the package
Tips, gratuities, and porter charges
Travel insurance (optional, can be purchased separately)
Any extra activities or sightseeing not in the itinerary
Costs arising from delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen events

4. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation policy applies from the date of written cancellation request received by claban tour agency:

Cancellation Period	Refund Amount
24 hours or more before departure	100% refund
7 days to 24 hours before departure	50% refund
Less than 24 hours before departure or no show	No refund

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Carry valid identification documents (NID, passport, birth certificate for minors) at all times.
Arrive at the pickup point on time as specified in the itinerary.
Follow the instructions of the tour guide and respect local customs and laws.
Inform claban tour agency in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
Be responsible for your personal belongings; claban tour agency is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Maintain decent behavior with fellow travelers, guides, and local people.

6. Force Majeure

claban tour agency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, government actions, pandemics, war, or transportation failures. In such cases, claban tour agency may (at its discretion) offer a credit voucher for future tours equal to the amount paid, minus any non-recoverable expenses.

7. Changes to Itinerary

claban tour agency reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary, routes, accommodation, or transportation if deemed necessary for safety, comfort, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to keep the itinerary as close to the original as possible. In case of significant changes, you will be notified promptly.

8. Liability Limitation

The total liability of claban tour agency for any claim arising from your tour booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to claban tour agency for the specific tour in question. claban tour agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment or emotional distress.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
